Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-5 days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Fragile Items
Our glass bangles are delicate and carefully packaged. However, due to the fragile nature of glass items, we strongly recommend handling packages with care upon delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. However, if you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed, and we will do our best to assist.
Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our bangles, all sales are final.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo proof of the item and original packaging. All exchange requests are reviewed before approval.
Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds, including for change of mind, sizing concerns, or minor color variations caused by lighting or screen differences.
Damage caused after delivery, normal wear and tear, or improper handling is not eligible for exchange.
